What does the abbreviations for the divisions stand for on form sign up? Example ccp cdp esp?

The divisions you are mentioning seem to be related to IDPA. You can find a description to all of those divisions on IDPA website under their rules.

All of the sports have descriptions for their divisions under their rule set so you can check USPSA or 3 Gun Nation or UML for any of that.
