Menu button in Stage Settings on the Match Dashboard does nothing.

Question

I've always just created the stages in the master tablet, but looking into doing it online. After creating a stage, I name it and attempt to click on the menu icon and nothing happens. I've tried it in up-to-date chrome and firefox with the same results. Disabled ad and script blockers on both.

The menu button does nothing for me as well.  I just click on the +Add button to the right of "Documents" and upload a pdf for each stage
